Cosplay sponsor :'D

It's been so long, I almost forgot how to make a new journal!

Went to Animecon again, that con is just getting better and better each year <3 Enjoyed the shows immensely, and the winners of the compo's were great too Saw a lot of friends, had fun, wore my Momohime costume and got a couple cool photoshoots with it too, so hopefully I'll be able to upload some pictures soon.

In other news, through a friend I got in contact with Minque (minque.nl), a company that specializes in thermoplastics and other cool cosplay materials. I'd been talking to them because I was looking for materials for my next cosplay, Commander Shepard from the Mass Effect series. Long story short, they invited me and Medowsweet over to get to know us and to look at our portfolio, and not much later we had come to an agreement Minque will be sponsoring us for Commander Shepard with all their gorgeous materials!! <33
I am so ecstatic, being sponsored for cosplay is a dream come true and I still can't actually believe this is happening <3 I am so happy that we'll be able to use all the material we need for the Shepard costume, and not having to compromise because I am always broke hahaha xD We'll be testing their thermoplastics as well! It's such an honor to be co-operating with them!

So this summer I'll be building Shepard, I'm gonna do my very best, since she is a character that is very dear to me, and it's a costume I have dreamed about for a looong time!
